- Orders are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service
- Shipping times and costs vary by location
- All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products:
- We accept returns only for defective or damaged items
- Report issues within 30 days of delivery
- Include photos of the defect when contacting us
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
For design services, refund policies are outlined in individual contracts.
6. User Content
When you submit content (blog posts, comments, etc.):
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to display and distribute your content on our platform
- You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights
- We may remove content that violates these terms
